The purpose of the Clifton Strengths assessment

    Using the code in the back of your book "CliftonStrengths for Students" take the assessment. The results will give you your signature strengths. Using the 4-Box report, complete the following:   Purpose: What is the purpose of the CliftonStrengths assessment and what was your outcomes? Preview: Identify three strengths that you had the highest level of agreement with (even if you didn't think any apply, choose the ones that were close) Details: Review the three strengths if you could relate and if any of the action plans work for you. Review: Identify your level of agreement with the overall test and if you plan to follow up on any of the action plans.
