The US History of My Dream Livelihood

My desired profession is dental assisting! Research when and where dentistry evolved in the US starting around 1870. See what forms of training there were, the technology, when and where dental schools first emerged, etc.. Those topics should lead you down many interesting paths, including when and where dental assisting first emerged and why. You will gather ample historical evidence from sources in the Columbia State Library system, analyze what that evidence is telling you, and then write a detailed and cited six-or-more page paper on how your desired profession emerged and is evolving in Modern US History. Note: All topics are subject to the professor’s approval.
