thermal modelling of central heating radiator

The company has developed a concept for an additional plate to be attached to a radiator and act as a fin to dissipate heat. The aim is to boost the thermal output of the radiator so that the room warms quicker leading to heating efficiency gains .the purpose of this project is to apply CFD modelling to a radiator operating in different conditions and explore other options for improving its overall efficiency. Practical experiments using temperature monitoring equipment will be carried out to validate the improvements
