Transparency and forces healthcare

  Can you please clarify how policy research encourages transparency and forces healthcare to be accountable? You envision yourself implementing a variety of processes of measuring, improving, and addressing various elements that impact healthcare policies. Can you provide two examples of this activity? I agree that technology can be cost-effective when it streamline practices to allow more nursing time spent at the bedside. In your practice, have you found this to be true?
