In your letter tell of a major change initiative that you lead in your capacity as the head of an organization or society Describe the type of change initiative, what was the main driver of this change?  How did you raise awareness and communicate about the change among your followers?  Describe key leadership skills and qualities that enabled you to have influence in the change scenario.  Finally describe how you apply Kotters’ change management process in leading the change.
