  Your research paper can be written on a person, or event (of your choice!) from U.S. History from Ancient through post Civil War period 1877 Your paper should be 7 pages minimum and written in Chicago Manual of Style. It should have footnote citations at the bottom of the page. Your paper should also include a title page, and a bibliography.
