Utilizing Seasonal Ingredients
Your restaurant (in Arkansas) (or food service operation of choice) has decided to highlight local, seasonal
produce by having a section of the menu that changes seasonally. The seasonal menu includes a
flatbread/pizza, a salad, and a pasta dish.
Write a menu description for a winter, spring, summer, fall iteration of each of these dishes. In each season
describe how the toppings, garnishes, or ingredients would change to reflect the season. Write the descriptions
as if they were what the customer would see when choosing what to order.
