Wellness Programme.

Describe the nature of the health and wellness program in a fire department. Explain the process by which the program was implemented and the union's part, if any, in that process. Address the aspects of the program requiring voluntary or mandatory participation and, if applicable, disciplinary or non-disciplinary actions resulting from refusal to participate.
