Women and leadership
All of the narratives in this module focus on different leadership experiences throughout the lives of the women highlighted. Reflecting on the artifacts, it is now your turn to write your “leadership narrative” – encompassing the development of your understanding of leadership to date. You are to thoroughly explore the experiences, relationships, and factors that have influenced your understanding of leadership. Within this autobiography, you must include:
1) Your current knowledge of leadership -- give examples.
2) How your life experiences (grade school, high school, college, community involvement, family, friends, mentors, jobs, church, etc.) have shaped your understanding of leadership – give examples.
3) An analysis of your leadership related to any leadership assessments you have taken (see the definitions of leadership in week two. Or use your results from Myers-Briggs, DISC, True Colors, StrenghsFinders, etc.)
4) How your understanding of leadership compares/contrasts to existing leadership theories studied in class thus far.
