Work Breakdown Structure

  Planning a project includes many important processes. One is developing a work breakdown structure (WBS). Refer to attached textbook Chapter 10 and watch the video https://youtu.be/CRpaIiA3PIc to learn about project WBS uses. Develop a two-page document, excluding the cover sheet and reference page, which describes how a WBS is developed and its many uses, in particular, for budget planning by a typical aerospace/aviation project manager.
