Writing Instructions Memo

You are part of a Research and Development team at a company that produces paper airplanes ( or hats or other product) Write a memo of instructions for building a new prototype of your product. The memo goes to me in Production. It should include both your own step by step instructions for building the prototype and illustrations or figures you create to show the different steps.
