Job Description: Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Duties:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day payroll operations, including processing payroll, reconciling payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage and oversee the benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll and benefits processes to identify and resolve errors and discrepancies.
  • Research and implement new payroll and benefits systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
