Identify more research literature to address this to a more logical next step from previous exploratory and confirmatory research. That is the paper grounded to articulate the problem statement within the context of a theoretical base or concept framework. The essential requirement is that the problem should be framed such that the new findings will have implications for the previous findings and what other theories or frameworks might be more appropriate?
The other issue is that is the research method of inquiry feasible, if not what other approaches to research should be considered?
