my Idea is to moving evidence (computerization) into clinical practice (local hospital; which I’m working in).
Essay Structure :
1- Objectives (two or three are recommended) stating what hope to achieve in knowledge transfer (KT) plan.
a: minimize medical errors
b:to improve quality of care in the hospital to achieve patient satisfaction.
d: facilitate managerial processes within the hospital

2-A summary description of the context, those who will use the new knowledge in
practice (audience=healthcare providers), and other decision-makers or stakeholders
( healthy affairs administrator) who might support the plan( implementation of computerizing).

3-Discussion of barriers and facilitators ( are attached )

4- Determine the person who can best communicate or facilitate transference of new knowledge (messenger=the hospital administrator)that identify to support the plan.
5- Propose and justify selected (2-3) strategies by which the new knowledge can
be communicated or taught to the ‘audience’ (process of transfer)
6-(evaluation) Propose and justify selected (2-3) methods by which the effectiveness of the
knowledge transfer plan can be evaluated.
