Determining Potential Quantitative Study on Internet Addiction

Determine a potential study you might want to conduct in which you would need to collect numerical data. As part of your quantitative research design plan, you must
complete the following:
1. State the research problem. Support it with the five scholarly resources (Attached).
2. Discuss how you could use quantitative methodology to address your research problem. Specifically, identify and discuss a design that is associated with
quantitative methodology that you would consider to answer your research questions.
3. State the purpose of the research effort. Make sure the purpose is aligned with the problem.
4. Draft two to three quantitative research questions that would be appropriate for a quantitative study, and address your research problem, and are aligned with your
purpose statement.
5. State a hypothesis.
6. Discuss and justify your sample and population.
7. How might you analyze the potential data you collect and what factors could affect those analyses? Specifically, what are Type I and Type II errors? How might these
influence your study? What is statistical power? How might this influence your study? What steps can you take ahead of time to help avoid issues related to Type I and
II errors as well as power?
Note: You might choose to revise your previous qualitative research questions or develop new research questions. Either way, ensure alignment with the problem and
