“English only” rules and ordinances at the work site should be banned.

This is a legal memo for an Asian American Studies class. There should be at least five strong arguements, Pros and cons in the paper. Also, straightforward with a strong thesis statement and some background information in the introduction. Please cite sources, and include a bibliography.
