Using my food log!!!
Fill out a food log for one week (the food log is a three day log, you need to fill out 2 full logs and one extra day to get a full 7 days). Be as specific as possible, put everything you consume on that list, including drinks as well as snacks and meals (I don’t care what you eat or drink, you need to be fully honest to get the best results).
Write an essay analyzing what you ate and how many calories you consumed. Find out how many calories per day you should be consuming and compare it to what you actually consumed. Finally, compare your diet and/or your desired diet with the diet of the professional athlete you studied for your group presentation. Come up with some ways that you can realistically eat healthier as you continue your STLCOP journey.
