This is my last report for my university so please do it well. You DO NOT WRITE LITERATURE REVIEW. I will upload it. My project is evluation the training to imporve the customer service quiality.The issue I found for the organization is complany provide 4 hour welcome training but all about complany policy. I want to evluate add the drinks and wine list and food mune copy in to the training. Aim to decrease the gap between the knowledge and skill for the new staff. The new staff always take long time in the bar to try to write donw the name and information of the drinks and mune. The other issue is the coffee training and wine training is to late for some staff. It’s happend with some staff working in the company for 2 months than they got the coffee training and wine training. I suggest company shoul arrange new staff finish training before the start work. Please link with the reflective report and Literature review to do this report. I am working in the Skycity Aucaland Casion VIP Room.My position is F&B.
