For this essay, you will be taking a look at Marcelo and Lennie as characters. Both men have the hardship of life with symptoms of a learning disability, however the role it plays in their lives is very different. In this piece, you are going to be looking at these two men in terms of time, period, friendship, and self-awareness. This is a traditional five paragraph essay, and in each body paragraph you will be putting each of these things under the microscope in order to prove your original thesis statement. Obviously, Marcelo and lennie come to very different ends, and you will examine these three factors as means for that.
