Order Description
One of the effective ways to build employee loyalty and increase their motivation is to ensure that everyone in the organization feels like he is part of a community. A sense of community in the organization permits employees to better play an active role and feel ownership of every action they perform. Among several concepts in management that address this subject are employees’ engagement, involvement and empowerment. The subject of my paper will focus on a higher level, which is organization citizenship (beyond empowerment). The paper should address the impact of this concept on generation Y and the relationship ship between culture and citizenship
