Psychology: The Factors of Foster Care and Childhood Development

This is a debate and I am WITH the Argument:  (Its not every child that grew in foster care turns out bad.  Also, foster care helps indentured kids appreciate the value of life; to achieve more than the average kids). I am looking for strong points and hardcore facts.  I am looking for emotional facts in my debate.  It would be highly appreciated if you use one of Psychology Theories about children that grew up in foster care without the loving touch of one parent.
