Consider the Strategic Talent Management Assessment Process presented by
the Graduate Team
• Select a company you are familiar with – one you work for or have prior knowledge
of or perhaps a company you have studied in the past for a class project. If
necessary talk to your classmates and friends to gain a contact with a
company you can talk with if needed.
• Using the Graduate Teams Performance Evaluation Template conduct a Strategic
Talent Management Assessment of the company you have selected.
• Once you have conducted your assessment – Prepare a comprehensive Executive
Summary – think of it as if you were conducting such an assessment and
then you had to provide the CEO of the company your assessment. Your
summary should include what specific recommendations you would make and
the basis for your recommendations. Length of Paper: No specific length –
you determine that – the key is to effectively and yet concisely conduct your
assessment, summary and recommendations. If you were doing so for a CEO
of a company, how would you handle it?
