All organizations have teams to some degree. Conduct research on an organization that has self-identified as a team-based organization. You must identify the organization and provide a URL to its website within your essay.

The essay elements to include are as follows:

– What characteristics make the organization a team-based organization? – – What leadership styles are used within that organization?
– How does the team-based setting affect leadership power and influence within the organization?
– What do leaders do within this organization to successfully foster teamwork?
Requirements:

– Your paper must be 4-5 pages in length, not counting the required title, abstract, and reference pages.
– Margins should be 1”, with .5” Running header (same Running head on each page), flush left. Page numbers on each page are flush right within the page header.
– Your paper should be typed in 12 point Times New Roman font and double-spaced.
– Incorporate a minimum of 4 scholarly references that are not required readings for this module.
– Use proper APA 6th ed. formatting.
– Review the attached grading rubric.
– Use proper grammar, punctuation, and paragraph formatting.
– Be sure to begin with a proper introductory paragraph and to end with a summary conclusion paragraph.
– Do not end paragraphs with an in-text citation.
