Proquest ( use advanced search and specify case studies). Mostly USA based.
Emerald ( advanced search) In your search string include: hr or hrm or human resources and performance management and case studies or whatever string you think is appropriate.
Xpert HR also seems to hold case studies and some useful journal articles from IRS Employment Review etc.
Jstor is worth searching as is Science Direct
CSA ( Indexing database specifically the subsets econlit/ psych Info) is seems to have some potentially useful material.
It may also be worthwhile to search the British Library indexing database Zetoc.
Also try Web of Knowledge database.
Finally it might be worthwhile to search our new Discovery database ( available on the library homepage) this gives the opportunity to cross search most of our main key databases from one ‘search all ‘database.
The key HR ( and possibly related subjects – psychology/ management etc) journals may also prove fruitful as they may include case studies.
